Do you expect the author of this picture will "reply" with high rates?

You've misunderstood me badly and I'm a little hurt. I am very surprised of what you say, is the first time that somebody tell me that. I never comment on anybody photos having this idea in my mind and I'm an active member of many photo-websites like this one, from different countries. My style of commenting is : when a photo impresses me somehow, I say what I'm feeling, what I see, what I think, and if I consider it so I give a rate accordingly with the quality of the image. I'm not after rates, but after sincer comments that can improve my and others work. As far as my brief experience permits me, I like to share my knowledge so far with all the membres of the specific community and learn from all of them. Unfortunatelly, my level of Russian language do not permit me to activate on the forum, though I would like that very much, because I understand just very few words, and I'm trying to compensate my lack of contact with the membres of the forum by participating in the comments here. I preffer a detailed critique of my work than a high rate, independently from who comes. This portrait striked me and I felt that I have to say it. Just that ! I'm not expecting anything from the author and, if it makes him/her feel more comfortable, he/she can ignore me and my photos. If he/she can erase my comments, I have no problem with that. Good luck with your work! :) The same thing is available for anybody that I've ever commented. I remember that you've commented one of my photo Alexander and I thank you for that, but I'm not after rating anywhere. The rating, in my opinion, has no meaning, doesn't bring anything. I'm not after making a career as anything, I just want to meet new people that have the same hobby with me and share our knowledge and view of life. Just that! :)

You know, giving a good thought of what you've asked me, I remember that I didn't commented a photo of yours, Alexander, and is a well known strategy "strike first and surprise". Maybe YOU have the problem of high rates that you are talking about and with this reverse psichology, you want to send me a message?! Do you want a payback? If so, why don't you tell me that in one of my photos, not somebodyelse's work. Is not fair for this member to have a such off-topic for no reason. I won't continue it. If you want something Alexander, tell me so in my photos. Thanks again! :)
