It took me a while... but now I see, that those are 2 parts of me, and there is no reason to run away from either one… these is me when I sad, and me when I’m happy… and it would be nuts to be happy all the time… so it is okay to let the sadness, and fear, and ... anger to move through me… and find their way out… with my tears… It is good to cry… if you feel that way…
