Good idea, good framing and composition, but the RED EYE!!! I like the wallpaper print! Try it again, with no flash, with daylight from a window if possible, a tripod and a minimum ISO for better details, try focus on the girl's face, a darker outfit(this bright red color is distracting the attention of the viewer against such a bright background, try a darker red cause the blond hair loves dark colors). :) Good luck! :)
