I think the picture is OK. I am sure it had been a beautiful scenery :-). But, there is always a but. If this is a picture of a beautiful lonely tree in the middle of nowhere, then the river is stressed a bit too much. If it is all about the river, then, I think, a tree was not necessary in the picture. Moreover, the rails of the viewing platform and the green leafs on the side should have been outside of the picture. But again, all together, the picture looks good, good work.
