This is an Hotel in Milan, Italy. The image is made up of two layers. The first one is a shot of some clouds I took just before a storm was beginning. I have corrected it with Levels till I was satisyed. The second one is made up by a cut and paste of the Hotel corner and of the Street Lamp. By the way the left part of the hotel was a little bit oversaturated so it has been completly selected and corrected with the Brightness/Contrast tool. The lens flares comes form the standard PS Lens Flare Effect. I was in doubt to add it or not ( it is a rather overused effect) but finally decided for it because I liked the colors of the flares together with the sky.
